kkbd8 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1Age Requirement

Access to and use of the kkbd8 platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an account on kkbd8, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. kkbd8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the registered player is found to be under 21 years of age. Any funds held in an account suspended on age-verification grounds will be handled in accordance with applicable policies and may be forfeited.

2Geographic Eligibility

kkbd8 is operated as an online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using kkbd8 is permitted under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. kkbd8 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable legislation. It is your sole responsibility to verify your eligibility before registering.

3One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on kkbd8. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kkbd8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with accounts found to be duplicates.

1Registration Information

To register an account on kkbd8, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change. kkbd8 shall not be liable for any issues arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

2KYC Verification

kkbd8 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures as a condition of operating the platform. You may be required to submit identity documents at the time of registration, prior to making your first withdrawal, or at any point at kkbd8's discretion. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkbd8 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kkbd8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. You should notify kkbd8 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

4Account Closure

You may request to close your kkbd8 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. kkbd8 will process your request and return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements. kkbd8 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including where a player is found to have breached these Terms.

1Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on kkbd8 is ৳100 per transaction. kkbd8 does not charge a fee for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for checking their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

2Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. kkbd8 aims to process withdrawal requests during operating hours on the same day they are received, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and fraud screening procedures. kkbd8 does not guarantee same-day processing in all cases and processing times may vary based on the payment method and volume of requests.

3Funds Verification

kkbd8 requires that all funds deposited to a player's account originate from a payment method registered in that player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or sources that cannot be verified are not accepted. kkbd8 reserves the right to return unverified funds and to request documentation confirming the source of funds as part of its due diligence procedures.

4Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. kkbd8 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormant account policy. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. The real-money balance in a dormant account will never be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

1Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

2Bonus Abuse

kkbd8 monitors bonus activity to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or excluded game types to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or any other practice designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine play. Where bonus abuse is identified, kkbd8 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to suspend or close the account.

3Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date which is stated in the specific bonus terms. Any bonus funds remaining in your account after the stated expiry date will be automatically removed. kkbd8 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the expiry dates of active bonuses in their account.

1Fraudulent Activity

Players must not engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods; providing false identity information; attempting to exploit software errors or glitches in games; engaging in any form of money laundering or placing wagers for the purpose of disguising the origin of funds. kkbd8 cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crimes and will freeze accounts where fraudulent activity is suspected pending investigation.

2Collusion and Cheating

Players must not collude with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market offered by kkbd8. The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an advantage over other players or over the platform is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through collusion or the use of prohibited software will be voided.

3Misuse of Platform

Players must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the kkbd8 platform, its software, or its games. Players must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, any other player's account, or any backend systems. Any attempted breach of platform security will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

1Service Availability

kkbd8 endeavours to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, or circumstances beyond kkbd8's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party provider outages. kkbd8 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of temporary platform unavailability.

2Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the kkbd8 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by the relevant game studio or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical outcome of the live dealer's actions. kkbd8 does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a genuine technical malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game, kkbd8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's balance.

3Indirect Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkbd8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity. kkbd8's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
